Oscar Anidi
Managing DirectorOscar Anidi has over 20 years of management experience across England, Ireland, and Bulgaria, spanning food processing, gaming, real estate, and oil & gas. He has sourced funding for EPC projects, consulted for investors in Africa, and advised West African governments on high-tech procurement. An MBA holder with UK and Irish certifications, Oscar oversees three companies and is passionate about community development and corporate responsibility.
Abdulrahman Mansour I. Al-Mansour
Director of Operations Al-Mansour serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Al Shaqab Racing, appointed in February 2024. He oversees the operational and strategic direction of the organization’s horse-racing and breeding ventures in Qatar and abroad, reinforcing its global standing in equestrian sports. he also leads the growth of Gote Trading across Qatar and the Middle East, driving the company’s regional expansion and commercial impact.
Muhammed Kabiru Adebola
Refinery Operations Officer Kabiru brings over 14 years of experience in logistics and operations, with 9 years in managerial roles at top firms like Africa Courier Express and Zenith Carex International. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the Federal University Abuja, specializing in data analysis. At Gote Refined Products, he oversees trading and refinery operations, driving efficiency and performance. Outside work, he's passionate about agriculture, particularly animal farming.
Alicia Ero-Anidi
Policy ConsultantAt 23, Alicia has quickly emerged as a promising leader in public policy. She holds a First-Class BSocSc from UCD and a Master’s in Policy and Comparative Studies from the University of Edinburgh. At Gote Refined Products Limited, she developed key governance frameworks, including Anti-Slavery, Labour Law, Sanctions, Accommodation, and Human Rights policies. Her expertise ensures the company upholds ethical, legal, and globally aligned practices.
